Philosophy

Program planning includes resource analysis and the development of process and outcome evaluations. Evaluation is critical to program improvement. Our philosophy is that evaluation is not an end-point activity but an integral part of program planning and should include both process and outcome measures. We also assist in strategic planning to maximize local resrouces.
